HOW WE WORK

Initial Meeting
The main aim of this meeting is to gather as much information as possible regarding the type and style of training or service you require, objectives and timing, together with information on the business, its culture and people. We would be happy to attend further meetings to ensure the brief is fully satisfied.

The Proposal
This is submitted for you to approve, following which, information or lessons plans, course notes and support material are constructed in line with the training and/or business solution.

On Site Research
Where necessary, a visit to your company prior to training or event taking place. Our objective here would be to research and obtain information from people attending the event to ensure that the content is relevant and what is required.

Delivery & Measurement
We ensure that all training is delivered to the appropriate standards. We strongly recommend that all courses have effective evaluation mechanisms built into them to follow up on the achievement of key objectives through to the application and measurement of learning (application of knowledge skills and behaviours) back in the work place. We also need to ensure how the training helps to support and meet company goals and targets.

Training Venues
Often, company training/board/meeting rooms provide suitable venues, however we would be happy to source a specific venue i.e. hotel or conference/training centre specifically for you.
